Reflex Instant Whey - the way for me
My all time favourite protein has to be reflex Instant Whey. I have been using it now for seven years, and it has seen many improvements over this time where in my opinion the rest of the products have stayed still. The protein content is around 80% which is really high when you compare it to the competition. Also it mixes like you would not believe, one shake and it is as creamy as you like. Strawberry is my favourite flavour but I do like others, I believe Affordable Supplements are now stocking eight different flavours! So there are loads to choose from. It is defiantly the one I recommend.
