Rules
I know that with an American flag there are definite rules that you need to follow when they are displayed. I also would imagine the same is true of other country’s and the rules they implement with their flags. What I am wondering about is if there are rules to displaying cheap decorative flags? Are there general rules on when you should fly them? I suppose that during the winter time it would not be a great idea to hang them due to the fact the weather could ruin them. Then again, the summer sun could ruin a good flag too.
