The public records found in any county can be legally accessed by anyone willing to go to the trouble of contacting or finding the hall of justice in any given town/city. When I wanted to find Madison county government records I didn’t want to go through this trouble- I lived all the way on the other side of the United States at the time. I found that you can access public records now on the internet within seconds of finding the right public records database site. It seems that what was once a tedious process is now an easy one.
