Many sites that you can come across when typing in the search keywords “buy wow characters” will sell you a World of Warcraft character account for a certain price, or you can search for World of Warcraft accounts on an auction site to bid or buy on there.
Either way, you will get an account with a already made, and levelled character of a certain level, usually level 40, or higher, the account user name and password, and loads of items, armor, professions already levelled, and skills levelled, and even gold.
Some people just sell levelled accounts since they may be leaving the game, or restarting over with new accounts, and this one is an alternate account that they want to sell, to make back some extra money.
