The Symptoms Of Migraine Headaches
There are various different types of headache including tension-type headaches, sinus headaches, cluster headaches and of course migraine headaches so how do you know if your particular headache is a migraine or not? Symptoms will vary from one person to the next, and indeed form one attack to the next, but often a migraine headache will produce moderate to severe pain on one or both sides of the head which is a throbbing or pulsating pain. The pain is generally such that it will interfere with your normal day-to-day activities and will intensify with even quite mild physical exertion. You will generally also find that during an attack you will be sensitive to both light and sound and that you will experience a feeling of nausea. In some people this nausea will go on to include vomiting.
