Eat alot and stay lean

Staying lean is kind of hard these days when temptation to eat anything we want is waiting at every turn.  There is so much crap out there I don’t know how people could possibly have room for both good and bad foods.   This is where knowing what good fats and good carbs are can be a life saver.  One can eat 4000 calories per day and stay lean and never be hungry.  Eating good food is fuel not just to the body, but also to the mind.  The brain must stay lubricated for it to work well, and do not forget the water.
