The appointment list is a crucial report in dental software that must be monitored in order to keep the office at maximized appointments. It is necessary to keep track of appointments, cancellations and reschedules. When a patient calls with a cancellation that is an opportunity to book another patient into this slot and set up a different time and day for the canceling patient. Choose the patient’s file under the heading of patient in the toolbar section. Once you open up the patients’ file you will see at the bottom of the page a recall list. The recall list in this dental software can be set up for the patient to come back every 6 months, if applicable.
