Anxiety and Insomnia are intertwined
There is a close link between anxiety and insomnia, because anxiety can have a huge effect on your body in your mind at a time when you are trying to calm down to sleep. When you settle down at night ready to go to sleep you need your body and mind to be free of worry and anxiety so your mind can slowly slip into that blissful sleep state. If you have something that is making the anxious then no doubt you will be playing it over and over in your mind and the last thing you’ll be able to get is sleep.
