My entire life to date, has been without pictures of any kind. I suppose that I grew up in a culture that did not value such things. Keeping food on the table and focusing upon only the day you were in was valued. Now, at the end of my lifetime, I have a grand daughter getting married ! I am her confidante and I know that she wants pictures of her special moments in time. I aim to make sure she has them!
There is a most talented wedding photographer in coventry. I have had the pleasure of meeting him at many functions, and I have seen the quality of his work. I pretend in my mind knowing all of the stories within those photographs. Keeps my mind limber ! My grand daughter and her young man will be visiting Ian Haring-Photos some time next week. Later we will go out for tea.
I want to hear all about their arrangements and what will be needed of me to make this day a special one of remembrance. I was not able to look back upon my life through photos. I regret this and do not want the same sadness for my grand daughter. Hers will be a memorable occasion for all to see !

My best friend is getting married, and had recently started to turn into the term, “bridezilla”, her family was now starting to talk to me, because I was the only one that could keep her sane. Her latest issue? Finding a wedding photographer. I told her I had heard about Leeds wedding photographer, and thought they were the ones for her. She was not convinced. I made her sit down and check out their website. She loved it instantly. She really thought the black and white pictures were gorgeous. Another day spared in the life of the bride to be.

I recently found a new website through various music download site reviews that has got me very excited. I am a lover of music, and love to share new music with friends. Nothing makes me happier than finding a new artist and turning somebody else on to that artist as well. Recently through this new site I found I was able to download all the new artists I wanted and give that same music to my friends for their birthdays and various holidays. They are so impressed not only with the quality of the music, but the sheer volume that I get.

It was a long time ago when I first got my book published, I was so chuffed and very moved that I had actually achieved something. It was a POD novel, as was the next one, which followed a year later.I wasn’t in it for the sales, I didn’t do it for the ego, it was simply something I had to do, and something to show my children.Straight forward really, and also I can say that I am a published author…not many can.Well, I’m a published author, but I never said I was a good author.Check out online novels.

Self-inking stamps are characterized by their separate die and re-inking pad, incorporated into a convenient spring-loaded mount. Pressing down on the top of the mount makes the stamp impression. The stamp die rotates away from the pad and down on to the area to be stamped. Self-ink stamps are mid-priced, and they cost more than conventional stamps, but less than pre-inked stamps. The number of lines and the mount size determines the prices of self-ink stamps. Usually, 6 self-ink mount sizes are available. The Tabla is a very unique Indian instrument that has been used for thousands of years for spiritual and cultural expression. Although extremely different visually, the similar sounds emitted by the Electronic tabla make it an interesting add to your electronic arsenal. It’s similar to a drum-machine, in that you program in the patterns. Interestingly enough, unlike a drum-machine, you don’t have to have a speaker, it has an on board speaker on the majority of electronic tablas now. Also, there are now affordable electronic tablas that are capable of using MIDI! With advancements like that, it’s only a matter of time before you start seeing this instrument showing up in live performances, for DJ’s, bands, etc.

I believe that the newest, trendiest, and hippest cosmetic enhancement is the tattoo.
When I was a teenager we spent hours at the cosmetics counter, trying to find a way to decorate our already dewy young skill. We didn’t want to cover it up - we wanted to appear “with it”.
Today trendy young women who want to make a statement do it with tattoos.
In the summer the beaches are filled with pretty girls proudly showing off tanned bodies complimented by heart tattoos. Or they may have flowers, stars, or other beautiful artwork.
I envy these girls their body art. It’s one cosmetic enhancement I would love to have had when I could still wear a bikini.

A lot of people, when thinking about tattoo designs, think about getting a tattoo to commemorate a loved one. However, having the name of your loved one tattooed onto your body is risky business. Children’s names are a safe bet. Your husband or wife or significant other, however, are not. Relationships change. You love someone today, but tomorrow that can change, and if it does, it is easier to change than the permanent tattoo you just had put onto your ankle. To cover a tattoo is not only hard, it is expensive. You do not want to do this if you do not have to.

I love things that require very little to get started. For example if you want to play football all you really need to get started is a ball. You can improvise with jumpers and packets of crisps for goalposts.
Another one is street dancing. You don’t actually need anything for this, well I guess music does help. It’s no strange sight if you come across dancers for them to have a huge boombox with them so they can keep up the rhythm. But they can dance without music as well.
Gurning is another activity. In case you’re not aware that’s where people make grotesque faces and the winner is the one with the ‘most impressive’ face. Only it’s not a beauty contest. And all you need is an ugly face. Put your hands up if you want to play gurning!

When our kids and grandkids are saddled with the bill for the Iraq fiasco - how it all happened will be blamed on funding children’s health insurance.
