In addition to paying my employees and paying for supplies, I have to keep track of my sales, which Quickbooks allows me to do very easily. When it comes time to make a deposit into my business checking account, I use deposit slips Quickbooks. I often have a number of checks to deposit. In order to write all of them down by hand, it would take a long time. I enter all of the information into the software program, and the deposit slip is printed for me.
