You have to train your entire core, not just your abs. It is a good idea to do exercises that will hit the whole core. This is the best way to get it done, that is for sure. Again what you’re saying and what was being discussed where pretty far apart and you tried pretty hard to twist things to talk about something specific and irrelevant. The person asked if calling CPS would be a good idea that is – as you now discover – different than the legal definition of abuse.
That said, calling CPS might do some good but I expect it would be more along the lines of hopefully triggering some introspection on the part of Amy C. On a more serious note if I was meeting with one of her daughters and found an abusive pattern. If I go by my experience with CPS in my one high-profile case I would say that yes people would be surprised how reluctant CPS who they might presume would take a near-zero-tolerance approach would be to go after the rich and powerful. Amy being a lawyer, as I’ve said probably doesn’t help.
I can see you’re pretty angry about a psychologist giving your child ideas that they don’t get from home. Very telling there love advice. The only thing I council children in destructive patterns on is how to contextualize their parents advice and build self-concept. That’s not rebellion is just putting the parents actions into their proper context. Like I said it’s no different than dealing with any other repressive religion.

Of course the recession isn’t over for the small business advice businessman. We don’t have any decent leadership in the White House to rely on when the going gets tough. The small businesses don’t know if the government is going to raise taxes or come up with some other crackpot regulations to further throw a monkey wrench in the recovery process. And, there is still the issue of an anti-business climate in the USA or the preception that the White House is anti-business.
If I were running for re-election in November, 2012 I’d be pulling out all the stops for the most robust economy of the century, even if I didn’t philosophically believe in helping the middle class get back to work. I’d be putting people back to work and creating new jobs, so that I would have a job come election time.

David, I’m not sure that your scenario adds up. The IRS doesn’t tax any money that you borrow at your standard tax rate, does it? So, the money in the 401K, and the money that one borrows from the 401K, is still before tax money. (If I put in $100,000 tax free advice and borrow that amount the IRS doesn’t then take $30,000 from me as taxes on that $100,000). So, now I have $100,000 of tax free money in my hands. I have to pay it back. If I invest the $100,000 and pay back from the dividends the $100,000 is still tax free. The dividends will be taxed, yes, but the original sum is still tax free. Am I wrong? Maybe we are talking about two different things?
