I was very fond of Kate. I met her in the University. But, within a few months, she broke off. She said she was bored with me. She insulted me as book worm and useless.
Yes, it was difficult for me to get over a break up.
So, I decided to change my life style. I started socializing with people more and more. I also joined gym and the base ball club. This not only helped me to forget past but also to love and take care of myself.
So, break up with Kate turned to be a blessing in disguise.

It pains me to see my brother so insecure and timid. He is a very smart boy and good looking, it’s just his weight problem is dragging him down. He isn’t too sociable and doesn’t go out much. He usually just stays at home, read books and write all these amazing stories so exercise and sports is a rare activity for him. I’ve thought of getting him prescription weight loss drugs but dread what might happen to him. I wouldn’t want to strain him with rigid physical exercise too so I figured to join fat camp for teens. It’s only been his third week and he’s called me and said that he’s having so much fun. He has gained more friends in such short a time than his years in school. He also discovered a passion for swimming. I can’t wait to see the new him in a few weeks.

We have been bugging our boss at work to get us some new lockers. The old ones are very cheap and are falling apart. He came to us with a few ideas. One of those ideas involved getting some very inexpensive, but cheap plastic lockers. We told him that it would not be ok with us to put our stuff in a plastic locker. We demanded that he get metal lockers to keep the stuff in. We were so surprised to see that he picked out some very nice lockers that he got at an online store. Our stuff is safe now.

I think that I may have some kind of sleeping disorder. I have never had this problem before but in the last two weeks I have probably only slept a total of 20 hours in all that time. I am starting to wonder if I need some sort of insomnia treatment or something like that. I told my friend about this the other day and she thinks it sounds like insomnia to her and that I should seek professional help. I suppose she is right after all a doctor should be able to tell me if I do or if I don’t have insomnia.
